What is a gift voucher? –
A Gift Voucher can be a Physical or Virtual item purchased for a specific dollar value and given to someone as a Gift. The voucher is exchanged for goods or services by the recipient at the vendor specified.
Are there specific days and times that a Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed? –
Generally, there are no limitations on dates and times for redeeming a Gift Voucher. However, for the purpose of the Pilot project, vouchers can only be redeemed from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. It’s also important to note that the vendor’s location must be open for business, and redemption is typically done following receipt of payment by vendor.
Why should I choose a Gift Voucher rather than sending cash? –
Choosing a Gift Voucher over cash offers several advantages, especially when considering transactions across borders. Sending and receiving cash can come with limitations and responsibilities. On the other hand, Gift Vouchers provide a convenient, efficient, and cost-effective alternative. Unlike cash, they ensure that funds are being used for their intended purpose, providing both the sender and recipient with added peace of mind. Similar to cash, they allow recipients to exchange the dollar value for desired products or services at participating vendors.
Can one Gift Voucher be used at more than one vendor? –
Unfortunately, no. Gift Vouchers are vendor-specific and can only be redeemed at the designated vendor’s establishment.
Can a gift voucher be redeemed for cash? –
No, Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They are intended for use towards purchases at the designated vendor’s establishment.
Can I order more than 1 gift voucher? –
Yes, you can order more than one Gift Voucher. However, please note that you are able to purchase one Gift Voucher per order, with a value of up to $350.00.
Am I required to create an account? –
As a buyer, no. Account creation is optional and can be completed during checkout. However, as a vendor, yes, account creation is required.
Do you offer physical gift vouchers? –
In an effort to keep vouchers affordable, increase accessibility, and reduce turnaround time, our gift vouchers are entirely digital. If purchasing on behalf of someone else or as a gift, you will be prompted to enter their email address. The gift voucher will be sent to them directly.
Are prices in Belize Dollars? –

How long is a gift Voucher Valid for? –
Gift Vouchers purchased from us are valid for 14 days after the date of purchase.
